Download transactions

You can download transactions (.lqa files) to view them in a Lequinox enabled application. If you download more than one transaction, they are bundled in a .zip-file. 

There are two ways to download the transactions:

  1. Via any of the transaction lists.

  2. Via the Transaction event details view.

Via transaction list

  • Transaction lists available depends on your console administration level.

  • Use Ctrl + click to select more than one transaction.

  • Use Shift + click to select a block of transactions.

Steps

  1. Click Archive in the top navigation bar.

  2. Click the list you want to view.

  3. Click the Options dropdown.

  4. Select Manage transactions.

  5. Click the transactions you want to download.

  6. Click Download at the bottom of the page.

  7. Save the .lqa or zip-file where you can find it.

Via transaction details

Steps

  1. Click Archive in the top navigation bar.

  2. Click the list you want to view. 

  3. Click the Options dropdown.

  4. If selected, clear Manage transactions.

  5. Click the transaction you want to download, a page with additional information about that transaction opens.

  6. Click Download at the bottom of the page.

  7. Save the .lqa or zip-file where you can find it.
