Manage access
Functions available for managing accesses are:
Create access
Steps
Submit a request in accordance with the details in Create access.
The platform validates the request by verifying the Access object and, among other things:
that first name and last name is specified.
that type, private ID and managed values is specified.
whether access ID is specified.
if state is specified or not, and if specified, which value.
Refer to the ‘state’ attribute description in Access for information on available states.
e. that if the access type is private, corporate ID is not specified.
f. that if the access type is corporate, corporate ID is specified.
The platform creates the access.
The platform either
signs the agreement and activates the access, or
leaves access in INVITED state.
The platform returns the created Access.
Get user agreement for activation of platform-managed access
Steps
Submit a request in accordance with the details in Get user agreement for activation of platform-managed access.
The platform validates the request.
The platform retrieves the user agreement for activation.
The platform returns the user agreement for activation of an access.
Activate platform-managed access
Steps
Submit a request in accordance with the details in Activate platform-managed access.
The platform validates the request, by verifying, among other things:
that the requested state change is allowed.
Refer to the ‘state’ attribute description in Access for information on state changes allowed.
The platform activates the access.
The platform returns the activated Access.
Get access
Steps
Submit a request in accordance with the details in Get access.
The platform validates the request.
The platform retrieves the access.
The platform returns the Access.
Update access
Steps
Submit a request in accordance with the details in Update access.
The platform validates the request by verifying, among other things:
that first name and last name is specified.
that the access ID specified in the URL matches the access ID in the Access object.
that ‘state’ is specified.
that if ‘state’ is changed, the change is allowed.
The platform updates the access.
The platform returns the updated Access.
