You can hide and unhide certain transactions in the archive list from the archive list or the Transaction event details view. 

Hidden transactions have a crossed out eye icon on the very left when the Show hidden transactions option is selected.

Via transaction list

  • Transaction lists available depends on your console administration level.
  • Use Ctrl + click to select more than one transaction.
  • Use Shift + click to select a block of transactions.

Hide

Steps

  1. Click Archive in the top navigation bar.
  2. Click the list you want to view. 
  3. Click the Options dropdown.
  4. Select Manage transactions.
  5. Click the transactions you want to hide. 
  6. Click Hide/unhide selected at the bottom of the list.
  7. Click Options, clear Manage transactions, and clear Show hidden transactions.

To include hidden transactions in the list displayed:

  1. Click Options 
  2. Select Show hidden transactions.

Unhide

Steps

  1. Click Archive in the top navigation bar.
  2. Click the list you want to view. 
  3. Click the Options dropdown.
  4. Select Manage transactions.

  5. Select all hidden transactions that you want to unhide.

  6. Click Hide/unhide selected at the bottom of the list.

Via transaction details

Hide

  1. Click Archive in the top navigation bar.
  2. Click the list you want to view. 
  3. Click the Options dropdown.
  4. If selected, clear Manage transactions.
  5. If clear, select Show hidden transactions.
  6. Click the transaction you want to unhide, a new page with more specified information about the transaction opens.
  7. Click the Hide button.

Unhide

Steps

  1. Click Archive in the top navigation bar.
  2. Click the list you want to view.
  3. Click the Options dropdown.
  4. If selected, clear Manage transactions.
  5. If clear, select Show hidden transactions.

  6. Click the transaction you want to unhide, a new page with more specified transaction information opens.

  7. Click the Unhide button.
