Information for customers currently on version 5.1.0
In Lequinox console 5.2.0, you will find system roles implemented on a separate tab under your organisation settings. In relation to this, you must make sure that you do not have any non-system internal roles called ‘Platform manager’ or ‘Organisation manager’ when you perform an upgrade. If you do, make sure to change their names before you upgrade.
Steps
- Follow the instructions to Edit an internal role. (This goes to the 5.1.0 space, which is correct.)
- Change any Platform manager or Organisation manager names to something else.
After making the necessary changes, you can go forth with the upgradethe recommended archive storage/profile quota limit on installation will be increased from 200 MB to 10 GB. If you have not set a value of your own, 10 GB will be the applied valid value, which might affect the need for available storage. If you have set a value of your own, that value stays valid. If so, make sure it still suits your environment after upgrading.
