After a platform manager has set up the Lequinox platform, everything is set for an organisation manager to take it from there.
Act on the invitation email
1. Follow the instructions in the Quick guide to activate your Organisation manager account.
For security measures, pay special attention to instructions concerning backup and restore in Lequinox professional ID:
- Back up your personal information in Lequinox professional ID, and store the .lqi backup file in a safe place on another device or external storage.
- Make a note of the restore key found in Lequinox professional ID and keep it in a safe place – you cannot restore an .lqi backup file without it.
- Invite additional organisation managers by adding new role accounts in the Lequinox console, setting their administration level to Organisation admin.
2. Follow the instructions to sign up to the Lequinox console.
Update agreements
When activating your first access, you sign a standard Lequinox platform end user agreement. You need to update the console agreement to an agreement that is to apply to any additional administrators in your organisation.
Default agreement
You should create a new standard platform user agreement that is to apply to your organisation.
3. Go to the Standard user agreement resource and download the standard agreement.
4. Update the agreement so that it reflects the terms that are to apply for the standard agreement in your organisation.
As a minimum, update the organisation name and the name of the service provided.
5. Follow these instructions to create a new agreement. Use the title and content from the updated Word document.
Before clicking Create, select Default to make your new agreement the default agreement. A default agreement is preselected when you create new roles, add applications and more.

6. Follow these instructions to update the ‘Organisation admin’ role with the new default agreement.
Invite additional organisation managers
To secure access and ensure that there is always an organisation manager in your organisation who can access the platform, we strongly recommend that you invite additional organisation managers.
7. Invite additional organisation managers creating a role account for each of them.
Take care to use these settings when inviting your fellow organisation managers:
- Role: Organisation manager
- Administration level: Organisation administrator
- Managed by: User ?? Verify!
