Description
Creates an access for a user. If this is not a managed access, the application also needs to send the access to the user for activation in their PDI client. This can be done with the API - POST /wiki/spaces/LPDA500D/pages/1149050.
Access activation via PDI client is not supported in Lequinox platform 5.1.0. Only create platform-managed accesses.
