After a platform manager has set up the Lequinox platform, everything is set for an organisation manager to take it from there.

Activate your account

At this point, your Platform manager should have invited you as Organisation manager.

1. Go to your email inbox, open the Activate your account email, and click Activate account. You are redirected to your default web browser.

2. Set a strong passphrase.

3. Read the Lequinox service end user agreement and click Accept.

Account activation is now complete. You are redirected to the Sign-in page and an Activation complete email with your user name is sent to your registered organisation manager email address.

When activating your access to Lequinox consoleplatform account, you sign a standard Lequinox platform end user agreement that applies to the Lequinox platform. You need to update the console agreement to should to create an agreement that is to apply to any additional administrators in your organisation. 

Default agreement

You should create a new standard platform user agreement that is to apply to your organisation.

34. Go to the Standard user agreement resource and download the standard agreement. 

45. Update the agreement so that it reflects the terms that are to apply for the standard agreement in your organisation.

As a minimum, update the organisation name and the name of the service provided.

56. Follow these instructions to create a new agreement. Use the title and content from the updated Word document.

67. Select Default to make your new agreement the default agreement, and then click Create.

68. Follow these instructions to update the system role ‘Organisation manager’ with the new default agreement.

To secure access and ensure that there is always an organisation manager in your organisation who can access the platform, we strongly recommend that you invite additional organisation managers.

Take care to use these settings when inviting your fellow organisation managers:

  • Role: Organisation manager
  • Administration level: Organisation administrator
  • Managed by: User User will not be present! Organisation (selected by default)
  • ‘Allow sign-up to the Lequinox console’ check-box: SelectSelected by default for administrator administration levels.
