activate your Lequinox console account, you must

- assigned an active role, and
- allowed access to the Lequinox console. Follow the instructions to sign up to the Lequinox console/activate your account.
- To sign in to Lequinox console, your must first activate your account for access.
- You can access the Lequinox console sign-in page via your browser (for example if you have the page bookmarked), or from the Applications list in Lequinox professional ID. Which sign-in option you select depends on where Lequinox professional ID is installed:
- To access the Lequinox console from the Lequinox professional ID applications list, follow the instructions for Lequinox professional ID on the same device.
- To access the Lequinox console from a browser on a desktop or tablet and have Lequinox professional ID installed on a mobile phone, follow the instructions for Lequinox professional ID on another device.
Lequinox professional ID on the same device
To sign in to the Lequinox console with Lequinox professional ID on the same device:
- Sign in to Lequinox professional ID and make sure you are logged in to the appropriate organisational role.
- Go to the Applications list and tap Lequinox console.
- Select On this device tab, if not selected by default.
- Tap Sign in.
- Tap Continue.
- Tap Sign in on Lequinox professional ID and authenticate.
You are directed to the Lequinox console overview in the browser.
Lequinox professional ID on another device
To sign in with Lequinox professional ID on another device, you can scan a QR code or use your account email address.

Activate your account via invitation email
To activate your Lequinox console account:
- Go to your the Lequinox console sign-in page.
- Select On another device tab.
- Click QR code.
- Sign in to Lequinox professional ID and tap the Scan QR.
- Scan the QR code in Lequinox professional ID.
- Tap Sign in and authenticate.
You are directed to the Lequinox console overview in the browser.
Use email address

- Go to the Lequinox console sign-in page.
- Click the tab On another device, then click Email address.
- Enter the registered email address and click Sign in.
- Go to Lequinox professional ID, and switch role if prompted.
- Tap Sign in and authenticate.
