Steps

2. Lequinox platform retrieves the details of the requesting application and the server account
3. Lequinox platform retrieves the details of the organisation to which application belongs.
4. Lequinox platform unlocks the transaction required to sign.
5. Lequinox platform signs the transaction.
6. Lequinox platform updates the archived transaction with the signed details.
7. ParticipantStatusResponse is returned with the ParticipantStatus.
