Description
Creates a transaction. The CDI server creates and signs the transaction with the specified participants and attachments. This means that the application is the creator of the transaction.

For the time being, the services "Monitor status" and "Monitor status by participant" are regarded as present in CDICreateTransactionRequest and set to 'true'. Use /wiki/spaces/LPDA500D/pages/1149048 to create a transaction where the user is the creator. Use PUT /wiki/spaces/LPDA500D/pages/1149044 or POST /wiki/spaces/LPDA500D/pages/1149030 to send the transaction to the PDI client. |
